You know the drill, someone standing on the tee with their brand spanking new 460cc driver that they saw Tiger Woods using at the Masters. As the round progresses the frustration of not being able to strike the driver properly means that a good round of golf is wasted due to the fact that people struggle when it comes to being able to play properly with a low percentage driver. So here are a few little tips that I hope will help you hit a golf ball with that driver:

I love the game of golf since the tender age of 12 Ive seen the sport grow and change tremendously. I recall playing the 9 for $9 at the country course, and using my left over dollar for fries at the halfway house. Back in that day, the driving range was a stop and sock. Oh- and golf carts didnt have roofs!

Do you still own have a bag full of those shallow-faced, long shafted clubs that were the source of days of frustration? Remember the huge hooks, the ego-reducing shanks produced with the use of 2, 3 or 4 irons in your bag? You bought that new set of clubs thinking they were going to solve your golf swing problems because they were the newest hottest thing going? The truth is it doesn’t matter if have the best clubs on the face of the earth, without the proper swing mechanics and timing you are not going to get any better.
