help me with offline blogging please?

i’m using windows live writer 2011 right know..but i don’t know how to edit existing post,and there is no text wrapping-like in ms word so it hard to place a picture square left from the text(as i wish)..is there are good offline blogging tool that can solve both issues?help me please

Ohhh- dont use blogging tool – its only several html tag, you should know for professional editing. Learn it, and write your posts in HTML code.
